Is this service suitable for candidates being hired into overseas locations?
No, our pay as you go solution is available for candidates working in the UK only. Should you require services for international locations, please contact our sales team so we can discuss your requirements further.
Will you run international checks for candidates if they have previously resided abroad?
International credit and criminal checks are available (where legally permissible) on all packages where the Candidate has resided overseas for 6 months or more. Charges vary by location, but checks will not be processed without your authorization and payment.
How do I know which packages are right for me?
We have carefully tailored industry specific packages, based on our extensive experience within pre-employment screening. Once you select your industry sector, a suite of packages will be available to cover various roles across your organisation.
How long does the whole process take?
We aim to complete all screenings within 5 – 15 working days from receipt of the Candidates completed online form depending on the screening level, however screening turnaround times can vary from one Candidate to the next.
Can I track the progress of the screening?
Yes, once you are registered you will receive your own credentials to log into our screening platform ‘Vero/Live’. From here you can manage and track the whole screening process.
What support is available to me with this service?
You will be supported by a Client Support Specialist and given a dedicated email address that will allow you to contact us for additional support outside of the platform.
Do you provide any user training?
You will have access to a number of short training videos, so you can access the training at your convenience. A user guide is also available via our dedicated information ‘HUB’ – Vero/Point.
