Information security is crucial to our organisation – allowing the safe transfer of data to and from the various data providers we work with and protecting the information we hold.
For Vero, information security performs three important roles. It protects our ability to function, enables safe operations on the data stored in our systems and protects the data we collect and process.
Vero’s approach to information security covers a raft of technical, organisational and operational controls. We prioritise the integrity and confidentiality of your data and your candidates’ data at all times, using a formal Information Security Management System (ISMS) which is fully compliant with the internationally recognised standard ISO27001. Our ISMS supports information security adoption in all areas of our business, including operations, finance and human resources. This ensures that we protect the best interests of our employees, clients and candidates.
Vero is certified to the internationally recognised ISO 27001 standard.
BUSINESS CONTINUITY AND DISASTER RECOVERY
The important nature of the services we provide for our clients brings with it a responsibility to ensure their continued availability. We mitigate the risk of unplanned disruptions in service and have extensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans in place. These are set down in detailed procedural and policy documents, work instructions and records, which we are happy to make available on request.
We’re serious about information security. All client and candidate data passing through our hands is kept safe and secure. Our approach is robust and regularly tested by clients and third-party auditors.
The concept of continual improvement is embedded within every area of our business and is central to our vision of delivering exceptional standards of service. All our information handling processes and procedures are continually reviewed and we actively seek opportunities to deliver improvements which optimise security, efficiency and effectiveness.
