Candidate Screening Form Export-Import.

Making Life Easier for Everyone.

We know from experience, lots of Candidates go through background screening a number of times in their careers, as they move from job to job.

Whether or not these different screening exercises are carried out by Vero, we want to make life easier for everyone. So, we’ve built an export-import interface.

This optional service lets Candidates export, store and re-use the personal data they enter in their online screening form. Effectively, it’s screening data portability for Candidates.

Giving Candidates Greater Control and Access.

Candidates who opt to take advantage of this service can view and retain a record of the information they provide via the Vero Candidate portal. This means they’ll have complete control over where to store and how long to retain this copy of their screening form. They’ll also have quick and easy access to it in the future, should they wish to refer back to it or share it with other parties.

Why Opt to Export?

Most Candidates find this service especially helpful if they’re ever screened again – perhaps for a different employer or as part of an annual or re-screening process. And if the screening or re-screening process happens to be with one of Vero’s Clients, they can simply re-import the stored data into their new screening form. That way, all they’ll need to do is top-up their new form with information that’s missing or has changed, instead of completing it from scratch. Quicker. Easier. And Candidates benefit from greater control and portability of their personal data.

Exporting the Data.

If it’s the first time a Candidate’s been through a screening exercise with Vero, they won’t have any previous data to import so they’ll need to complete the form in full. But we’ll give them the option to export their data once they’ve completed their form. That way they can access and re-use their data another time! Exported data will be provided in an un-editable, machine-readable PDF format. It can be issued via instant download or by e-mail – whichever method they prefer.
