One of the founding directors of Vero, Rupert is passionate about the Vero vision to deliver outstanding employment screening services and solutions which mitigate client risk and promote high levels of candidate engagement. With strategic oversight for the business, he is committed to developing collaborative partnerships with clients, operating in a fully transparent and consultative capacity to achieve exceptional levels of service

One of the founding directors of Vero, Steve brings entrepreneurial flair to the business, using an intuitive understanding of technology and the way people work to ensure our systems remain cutting edge. Leveraging the latest tech from Blockchain to AI to design & deliver HR transformation, streamlined processes with stunning design and usability.
Rebecca Morgan
Chief Operations Officer
One of the founding directors of Vero, Rebecca works closely with the cross-functional Senior Management Team, retaining critical oversight of the business and ensuring operational delivery meets client expectations. Working closely with Human Resources she is committed to ensuring effective talent management within the business and promoting employee engagement.
Sylvie Tordjman
Finance Director
Sylvie qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2001 and became an ACCA Fellow in 2006. She holds extensive experience, having held International Finance Director roles across APAC and Europe for US and UK Corporations, listed on NYSE, Nasdaq and Aim UK markets. Since joining Vero in 2017, Sylvie has implemented the financial management tools and systems necessary to control and drive the future ambition of Vero’s expansion. Sylvie’s professionalism delivers confidence in our formal processes with a rigour and sharpness that always keeps us on our toes.
Georgina Wilson
Strategy & Planning Director
Georgina joined Vero in 2011, having previously worked at FPR Ltd, subsequently acquired by Kroll, where she headed up Capital Intelligence, with responsibility for director-level due diligence, primarily for AIM-listed organisations. A long-standing member of Vero’s Senior Management Team, in January 2020 she became part of the newly established Leadership Team. Her energy for bringing clarity and correctness is crucial to Vero’s ability to deliver clever solutions to clients.
Kate Baker
Head of People Services
A Chartered member of the CIPD with 20 years’ experience, Kate joined Vero over 5 years ago. She works closely with the founding Directors to shape Vero’s culture and people agenda. Responsible for driving our strategies for engagement, talent management and learning and development she also oversees the day to day happiness and wellbeing of our employees. Her authentic approach and inquisitive mind drives the People Services team to deliver the very best service to the business.
Lisa Davidson
Head of Client Services
Lisa is responsible for Vero’s Client Services team. She has an extensive background in employment screening and works closely with Operations and Compliance to support the seamless delivery of our services. Lisa is passionate about building transparent and collaborative partnerships with our Clients.
Marcus Griffith-Boyes
Head of Technology
With over 20 year of experience in IT, Marcus has extensive experience building product, production and DevOps teams from the ground up. Always driving for continuous improvement in everything we do, he leads the Vero IT software team, making sure we have clear and innovative IT strategy, a great delivery process, produce quality software, and give our customers the experience they should expect.
Ben Grover
Legal Counsel
Qualifying as a solicitor following a ten-year career in advertising production, Ben trained in company commercial matters before specialising in contract, employment status and data protection. Working closely with Vero’s Compliance Hub to navigate the changing legal landscape as a result of Brexit and other developments in data protection governance.
Aaron Wookey
Information Security Manager
Aaron Wookey BSc CCPN CEH CISSP
Aaron has strong network and security engineering experience in regulated HMG, Defence, FinTech and SI industries. He has strong cyber implementation, review, and assessment experience, with mature risk management capability which is used extensively at Vero to maintain and continually improve their accredited ISO 27001 information security program and document management systems. Working with compliance, He leads I.S. and I.T. teams, risk & internal audit, pre & post sales security audit and supplier management.
Jessica Veal
Marketing Communications Manager
With nine years’ experience within international financial services, Jessica looks after Marketing Communications here at Vero Screening. After gaining a degree in Marketing, Jessica’s career has spanned from creating content in-house and at agency level, to servicing a diverse range of consultative clients.
Joshua Wheeler
Resourcing & Talent Manager
Joshua is passionate about finding engaged and talented people who can contribute to Vero’s culture and innovation. Having been with the business for seven years, he has previously worked within our screening division before moving to People Services in 2018. Dedicated to human resources and people development, Joshua is nearing the end of his CIPD Level 5 studies.
